The £4.2m building is a three storey landmark new build laboratory facility for molecular cancer research. The building contains laboratories and office facilities. The project commenced in 2010 was completed in 2011.
The structure of the building comprised a steel frame with a series of steel trusses supporting the roof. The floors were constructed using precast concrete floor units.
