Digging out trenches for traditional foundations is time consuming and creates a lot of spoil that needs to be disposed of, usually via use of a wheelbarrow and skips.
The QuickBase system radically reduces the need for site excavation and in most instances removes the need for skips and associated landfill.
The only excavation needed is to place the brickwork support beam lower ledge, below retained ground level.
Most of the excavated soil can be relocated to the void below the floor
slab.

As Structural Engineers, we have worked with the Property Insurance sector since 1998. We conduct structural inspections, impact damage analysis, specialist investigations and root cause analysis. All of which is engineer-led using straightforward language. Our experienced engineers are also asked to conduct Expert Reports and Expert Witness Service for homeowners and clients alike.
