The extension to the existing Hagley Primary School comprised construction of a new 12 classroom block along with a new Hall. The accommodation is arranged on two levels with classrooms facing the elliptical shaped hall.
The structure of the building consists of loadbearing masonry with an exposed in-situ concrete first floor and a feature glulam timber framed roof.
